Nylon Sports Fabric Manufacturing Process
Extraction of Diamine Acid: A monomer, called diamine acid, is extracted from crude oil.
Combining: Diamine acid is forced to enter into a reaction with adipic acid to create a polymer, known as nylon salt.
Heating: This crystallized substance is then heated to form a molten substance.
Extrusion: This substance is then extruded through a metal spinneret.
Loading: It is then loaded onto a type of spool called a bobbin.
Stretching: These fibers are then stretched to increase their strength and elasticity.
Drawing: They are then wound onto another spool in a process called "drawing".
Spinning: The resulting fibers are ready to be spun into garments or other forms of fibers.
Finishing: It is then dyed to produce the color that is desired for the end product.
Test of Sports Fabric
Abrasion resistance test
The abrasion resistance test is to test the friction between sports fabrics or between sports fabrics and other fabrics to avoid damage, pilling and other phenomena.
Air permeability comparison test
Air permeability is very important for sports fabrics. The air permeability comparison test needs to let the air flow straight into the area to be tested under a specific environment and time to test the air permeability.
Odor detection
The odor detection method is mainly manual. The sports fabric samples are placed in an environment without any smell, and several testers feel the smell through the nose and record it.
Tear fastness
The warp and weft fastness of the tested fabric is related to the stretching force of the machine. The conventional power unit is N 600-1000 torque.
Anti splash
The water repellent test is to use distilled water, and the distilled water is sprayed onto the sample through the funnel. There are three water repellent test: ordinary waterproof, water repellent, Teflon waterproof.
Water permeability
The moisture permeability test needs to be in a standard environment, so that the humidity on both sides of the sports fabric is different, and the water vapor enters the dry side of the sports fabric. Over time, the water vapor transmission rate can be calculated by looking at the change of the moisture permeability cup.

Payment Terms
When we quote, we will confirm with you about the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. After ordering, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T while L/C is also acceptable.
Packaging
Depending on the fabric type, fold or roll the fabrics neatly to minimize wrinkles. Use packaging materials such as moisture-proof plastic bags and sturdy cartons to ensure they fit snugly to prevent excessive movement.
Shipping method
We usually ship goods by sea and air, and for neighboring countries, we can also ship by land.
Delivery time
A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. Expected time until delivery is currently 7-10 business days after order is placed.
