Nylon Fabric Printing Production Process

Choose your fabric: You need to get a good quality nylon fabric that is defect-free and is smooth (no imperfections). The fabric should also be clean and clear of any foreign matter that might interfere with the adhesion of the ink.

Treat the fabric: The nylon fabric needs to be pre-treated to improve ink adhesion and ensure print durability.

Prepare your screen: Get your screens ready by exposing them with the right emulsion. Let them dry completely.

Choose the appropriate ink: When printing on nylon fabric, you should select ink according to the color requirement and printing performance.

Design files ready: Check the size and placement of your image relative to the repeatable area of the fabric. Other than that, you need to think about things like color breaks and printable registration marks if you are going with multiple colors.

Prepare your workspace: Your screen printing setup should be in an area with good ventilation and proper lighting. Make sure your equipment is clean and in good working order.

Payment Terms

When we quote, we will confirm with you about the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. After ordering, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T while L/C is also acceptable.

Packaging

Depending on the fabric type, fold or roll the fabrics neatly to minimize wrinkles. Use packaging materials such as moisture-proof plastic bags and sturdy cartons to ensure they fit snugly to prevent excessive movement.

Shipping method

We usually ship goods by sea and air, and for neighboring countries, we can also ship by land.

The heavy processing involved in printing fabrics results in a harsher, stiffer hand and a higher price range when compared with regular dyeing.
